Tonal – Our primary adjusting technique in Okadale MN

At our office, we use the most advanced, gentle, and neurologically based chiropractic methods available today.

Tonal chiropractic care is a gentle, neurologically based approach that focuses on restoring balance and function to the nervous system. Rather than using forceful adjustments, this method works with the body’s natural rhythms and energy patterns to create lasting change, without cracking, twisting, or popping.

When your body experiences stress—whether physical (like injury or poor posture), chemical (such as toxins), or emotional—it can overwhelm the nervous system. This leads to tension patterns that affect how your spine and entire body function. These stress patterns can cause subtle misalignments in the spine, called subluxations, which interfere with the brain’s ability to communicate with the body.

Tonal chiropractic works by using gentle, precise adjustments to help the nervous system release these stress patterns. As the tension decreases, the spine naturally begins to realign and move more freely, without forceful cracking or twisting.

By restoring balance to the nervous system, tonal chiropractic allows your body to correct its own posture and alignment from the inside out. This helps reduce pain, improve function, and support long-term healing and wellness.

This gentle yet powerful form of care is safe for people of all

The Integrator

The Integrator instrument is a tool that was designed and built to reproduce what the hands intend to achieve during an adjustment.

Originally, it was manufactured for use in research only, but the advantages and benefits achieved when the results were measured led to overwhelming demand for its use in private practice.

We have found that it is precise, specific, gentle, fast, effective, reliable, and consistent. Our patients LOVE this tool!

The dropping of the table allows for a lighter adjustment without the twisting positions that can accompany other.
